Mission

 It is the mission of the Ellis Dallas Unified Cooperative Team (EDUCT) to consolidate the strengths and resources of all member departments to enhance the protection and service delivery to all communities across our jurisdictional boundaries. We accomplish this mission by providing our law enforcement officers with high-quality professional development, sharing of resources, cooperative mutual aid, and a steadfast commitment to public safety and community well-being. 

About Us

History of EDUCT

EDUCT (Ellis Dallas Unified Cooperative Team) was developed by a group of jurisdictions in the Southern region of North Texas for the purpose of combining manpower, ideas, and education for specialty operations.  The operational areas include:

  • K-9 Units
  • Armored Vehicle
  • SWAT
  • Drones
  • Peer Support Team
